【[Baby J] 公演延期日程・払い戻しのお知らせ】
5/8(金) CIRCUS Tokyo、5/9(土) CIRCUS Osakaで予定しておりましたBaby Jの公演は入国ビザ取得に関する手続き上の予期せぬ事情により、やむを得ずキャンセルとなりました。
楽しみにされていた皆様には、深くお詫び申し上げます。残念ながら来場の叶わないお客様はチケット払い戻しを実施いたします。

＜来日公演振替日程＞
振替公演については同会場にて下記の日程となります。
お手持ちのチケットは指定の振替日に限り有効となり、そのままご使用いただけます。

・2026年8月21日(金) @CIRCUS Osaka ※2026年5月9日(土)の振替公演
・2026年8月22日(土) @CIRCUS Tokyo ※2026年5月8日(金)の振替公演

＜払い戻しについて＞
振替公演にご都合の合わないお客様には、チケットの払い戻しを実施いたします。
詳細は下記をご確認ください。

・対象：希望者のみ
・期間：5月7日(木)18:00 から 5/31(日) 23:59 まで
・返金内容：チケット代金のみ

ZAIKOからご案内のメールが送られますので、
返金希望の方は上記メールから、お客様ご自身の操作で返金申請を行っていただく流れになります。

[Baby J] Show Postponement & Refund Information
The Baby J shows scheduled for Friday, May 8 at CIRCUS Tokyo and Saturday, May 9 at CIRCUS Osaka have unfortunately been rescheduled due to unforeseen visa delays.
We sincerely apologize to everyone who was looking forward to the shows.
For customers who are unable to attend the rescheduled dates, refunds will be available.

＜Rescheduled Dates＞
The rescheduled performances will take place at the same venues as follows.
Your current tickets will remain valid for the corresponding rescheduled date.

• Friday, August 21, 2026 @ CIRCUS Osaka
  (Rescheduled from Saturday, May 9)
• Saturday, August 22, 2026 @ CIRCUS Tokyo
  (Rescheduled from Friday, May 8)

＜Refund Information＞
Customers who are unable to attend the rescheduled shows may request a refund.
Please follow the instructions below for the refund process.

Eligibility: Refunds available only for those who request them
Refund period: From Thursday, May 7 at 18:00 until Sunday, May 31 at 23:59
Refund details: Ticket price only

An email notification will be sent from ZAIKO.
Customers wishing to receive a refund will need to submit their refund request themselves through the link/instructions provided in that email.
